Our story

Built for travel business owners — because no one else was on your side.

We started in 2018 in a small Dubai office. The founders had spent years helping all kinds of businesses grow — and noticed that travel companies were the ones getting the worst help and paying the most for it. So we decided to only work with travel businesses, and to actually deliver results.

Most marketing companies treat travel like selling shoes. But travel is different. A customer looks at many places before booking. They compare you to Booking.com, Expedia and ten Instagram pages. They might message you on Monday and book three weeks later. The big booking websites take a huge cut. If your marketing team does not understand all of that, they cannot get you more direct bookings — they just spend your money.

So we built a team that only knows travel. Every person here — the writers, the designers, the ad people — either came from a travel business or learned travel before touching any of our clients' work. We rebuilt how we do things around the way real travellers buy, the seasons your business runs on, and how to get customers to book with you directly instead of through a booking website.

Why did you decide to work only with travel businesses?
After running growth for fintech, e-commerce and travel brands in parallel between 2014 and 2018, our founders saw the travel industry get systematically outspent by booking websites and out-shipped by booking aggregators. We narrowed the practice in 2018 because the category needed a specialist — one that understood customer journeys, booking website economics, booking system, tool that updates your availability everywheres, seasonality, visa flows. Generalists could not see that. We could.

How big is the team?

Do you own the work you create for clients?
No. All deliverables — websites, code, design files, ad accounts, content libraries, customer follow-up system configurations, simple screen showing your numberss — are owned by the client at handover. We sign an IP assignment clause in every master services agreement. See our terms of service.
How do you handle confidentiality and NDA?
Mutual NDA before discovery. We never publish, share or quote client data, strategies, supplier relationships or booking economics without written consent. Internal access is scoped per-project — only the assigned squad sees a client's stack. See our privacy policy for data handling specifics.
What is your billing structure?
Three models: fixed-fee for websites and discovery sprints, monthly retainer for growth (SEO + AI search + paid + content), milestone-based for transformation projects (customer follow-up system, bookings that happen automatically, smart helpers). Invoices issued in USD, AED, GBP, SGD or INR — Net 14, payable by wire, Stripe or local bank rails.
What happens if I want to end the engagement?
30 days written notice on retainers. On exit, we transfer every asset — code, accounts, dashboards, content, customer follow-up system, ad accounts — to your domain and ownership, with an exit pack of credentials and documentation.
